What happens next
- You'll get a written Premium quote by email within one business day. Nothing is charged until you accept it. After you accept, the deposit invoice comes from Mercury, our US bank.
- You'll get a deposit invoice from Mercury, our US bank, within a few hours. Check your inbox and spam folder. It comes from Mercury, not from nox.markets, and you can pay by card or bank transfer.
- After the deposit arrives I send a short written questionnaire (about 10 minutes) and ask for access to your domain.
- I put your site live, you approve, you pay the remaining 50%.

Simple terms10 points
- Price. Starter $199 (founding price, normally $299) one-time, or Standard $500 one-time + $50/month. Optional Starter hosting is $25/month. Premium is quoted individually in writing; nothing is charged before you accept the quote. US dollars.
- Payment. 50% deposit by Mercury invoice before I start, remaining 50% when the site is ready to go live. I connect the site to your domain after the final payment.
- 7-day guarantee. If your site isn't live within 7 days of getting domain access, you get your full deposit back.
- Changes. Starter: 1 revision round. Standard: 2 rounds, plus small changes (text, photos, hours) while hosting is active. A round is one consolidated list of changes. Anything bigger is quoted in writing first.
- Your content. You confirm you may use the text, logos and photos you send me.
- Ownership. After full payment the finished site is yours. You keep your domain and registrar account.
- Monthly plans. Cancel any time with 30 days' written notice. I give you the site files before taking a site down.
- No promises on results. I don't promise rankings, calls or sales. I do the work with reasonable skill and care.
- Written only. Everything runs by email. Replying "I agree" or paying the deposit confirms these terms.
- Your data. I use what you send here only to deliver your site and invoice you. No trackers, no cookies, no sharing.
